The reasons for all kinds of anxiety is the likeness for the things heard and seen, the fun which can be bought by money , overruling others, and the likeness to live after the death. The craving about those things makes the man selfish. He thinks only about himself and all the needs are only for him. He don't think about what happens to others. As his all desires don’t fulfill he become unhappy and anxiety will born in him. The only way to get rid of this anxiety and unhappiness is to getting away from craving. Although this is a very difficult task, as the man approach this state he will be perfect and calm.
We are not comforted, but the greediness of entertaining organs is defeating us. This desire sucks away all the energy in us. As much as we try to entertain organs we have to suffer more and more than enjoying.
