When sadness and sorrow is in your mind, don't show it to others from your facial expressions. Review your pain and sorrow to persons who can really help you. If you can keep a smile in your face even in difficult times, how lovely it will be?. If you try this won’t be a difficult thing. Some children in there youth become very sad when there relationships breakdown. And sometimes this may lead to suicides and some become mentally ill. Doesn’t having a correct idea of life is the cause of these things. Even saying good bye to someone, someone you love is unavoidable , we can face that truth by developing strength in us through understanding the truth of life. If someone can make new friends and forget about the past is something we can do practically.

Sorrow and fear are two mortals which are interconnected. These two have spread all over the world. If you think you are sorry for something that means you are sad. We have to face these things virtually. We cant escape from them. But we must remember something that not to give any chance for sadness and fear to override us and control us. We must defeat them. We are the cause for our sorrow. This sadness and sorrow are born from our selfish and arrogant emotions, and wrong conclusions about different things and people.
